carefully inspected for reuse. Tiles to be hand cleaned using selected cleaning

existing. Tiles to be fitted on 37.5mm treated battens at agreed centers.

On new roof rafters to engineers specification.
Continuous 50mm ventilation gap.
Intello Plus Vapour/airtightness layer control layer to underside of joists to be
carefully taped and sealed.
92.5mm Xtratherm insualted plasterboard to be proivided at eaves.
Gypsum smooth skimmed plaster fininsh.
Painted 3 coatses selected Dulux ceiling paint.
