Description: I am looking for a full energy and comfort upgrade for my 3-storey mid-terrace house. I will provide all the required details, and I am searching for direct quotes including the grants - either one-stop shop or individual.Required WorkI am aiming to achieve better energy efficiency and more house comfort using the most cost-effective measures, which pay off in 5-10 years.Timeline As soon as possible property is semi-vacant, only 1 room occupied.According to my research, here are the required upgrades ordered by priority1. 16 solar panels Hybrid inverter Solis inverter preferred No battery, No Eddie2. Window fixing and resealing not a full upgrade6. Complete upgrade of 2 external doors7. Central heat recovery ventilation depends on the cost, I might add only one in the bedroom8. Heat pump A2W preferable, but considering A2A with the current HLI it requires an 8kW pump, but after the upgrades, this should go lower9. Underfloor heating on the ground floor10.
